Clients may call, text or email for an appointment. After scheduling, new clients should go to the forms section to download and complete the appropriate intake form.
PLEASE BE AWARE: A certain amount of space is necessary to conduct in-home services.
When scheduling a home visit, you must have a space at least the size of a king bed available for use in your home.
CANCELING an appointment – If the need arises to cancel an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
A single session may include one or more modalities based on your wants and needs. Fees are based on time and not on the particular modality utilized during the session.
30 minute session – $35.00
60 minute session – $65.00
90 minute session – $90.00
90 minute physical therapy only initial evaluation/treatment – $120.00
60 minute follow up physical therapy only visit – $80.00
NOTE: Massage and physical therapy may be combined. To combine them, add 30 minutes and $40.00 to your initial massage session. If additional physical therapy is deemed necessary for future visits, add 30 minutes and $35.00 to a 30 minute massage, $25.00 to a 60 minute massage and $20.00 to a 90 minute massage.

Monday: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Payments for services rendered will be accepted in the form of apple pay, google pay, cash, and credit card (visa, mastercard, discover and american express).
NOTE: Elite Massage & Therapy of Indiana, LLC does not accept insurance. However, if requested, paperwork will be provided to help you submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
